ECPC Project Committee Reform Strategies

ECPC has successfully implemented three Project Reform Strategies and is currently on the fourth Project Reform Strategy Implementation Plan IV 2019-2023 (PRSIP IV). The PRSIP IV is an integral requirement of the Ecowas Reform Strategy and Investment Plan IV 2019-2023, the Mid-Term Ecowas Development Plan 2019-2023, and the Sustainable Development Goal 16+. This strategy aims to strategically fed into the realization of the objectives that were put forth in the Project Committee Coordination Office New Direction Agenda: an agenda that is geared towards ensuring that some of the poorest Ecowas Countries moves to a middle-level income countries in 2030..

Our Mandates

The ECPC Project Committee Coordination Office has seven (7) mandates and these are the values that shape how we carry out the organization's mission. The mandate defines the reason for existence and its true purpose. Together, they encapsulate who we are, what we hold to be important, why we exist, what we do, and who benefits from it all.

Facilitate Reforms

Development of the Government of Benin Republic's strategic report priorities for the ECPC Project Committee.

Mobilise Resources

Mobilize GoBJ and Donor resources to support the implementation of the reform initiative.

Coordination

Facilitation of the implementation of institutional and sector-wide strategic plans.

Collaboration

Collaboration between ECPC Project Committee MDAs, the security sector, and the and civil society organization.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Generate information to inform policy development synergy and sequencing of implementation.

Capacity Building

Facilitate capacity building development to sustain reform.

Communications

Ensure effective communication of the priorities, achievements, and challenges of the sector.
