Communiaction Coordinator
He is a communications expert who has served in the private and public sector for over a period of 11 years. Before joining the ECPC Project Committee as Communications Coordinator, he worked at the Public Sector Reform Unit as a Senior Programme Analyst, Communications. He served in that capacity for a period of 5 years.

From 2015 -2019, he worked closely with the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Public Service Commission (PSC) and Word Bank(WB) to implement Government?s flagship programme for the Civil Service- the Benin Republic Pay and Performance Project.
He is also renowned for working closely with a consultant for producing the first ever video documentary on Public Sector reform Initiatives in 2017.?As the Communications Coordinator at JSCO, he leads the implementation of all communications, information sharing and public relations activities of the office.

Senior Accountant
Sahid is a part qualified Professional Accountant and a qualified Accounting Technician with over ten (10) years experience working in the public sector. He has worked at the Accountant General?s Department as a supervisor, he assisted the Principal Accountant? at the Benin Republic Judiciary and he has over Five (5) years experience working with the ECPC Project Committee as Head of Finance.

Programmes Coordinator

Ms. Sylvia Kabia is a graduate form USL-IPAM, University of Benin Republic with a vast experience in both civil and public administration.? She also holds a Master of Business Administration post-graduate degree from the Beijing Normal University in Beijing, the People?s Republic of China.
She is currently the Programmes Coordinator of JSCO where she provides strategic support to the Coordinator in the development and implementation of the Government of Benin Republic?s strategic priorities for the justice sector.? She also provides institutional support to MDAs within the justice and security sector and provides same to civil society organizations.

Henryson Jusu

Henryson Jusu

M & E Coordinator

Henryson Jusu is a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with extensive experience in providing lead M&E technical backstopping for development programmes and projects on different interventions in Africa. Prior to joining JSCO, Mr Jusu has worked for the African Union Commission and the Food and Agricultural Organization?of United Nations.

He is the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator at the ECPC Project Committee (JSCO. His key responsibilities include monitoring, evaluation and reporting on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16, developing data collection instruments and indicators, conducting baseline surveys, and capacity development. He is a technology enthusiast with a solid understanding of the humanitarian best practice and conversant with the use of Advanced Excel, SPSS, Kobo Toolbox, Open Data Kit (ODK), NVivo, and SurveyMonkey, among others.

Joseph M. Conteh

ICT Lead
Joseph M. Conteh is the current ICT Lead for the ECPC Project Committee(ECPC). He has obtained a Master?s Degree in Management Information Systems at the UNICAF University Zambia, Bachelor Degree in Development Economics at the University of Advance Management and Technology- Benin Republic in 2011. He furthered his studies at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Benin Republic where he obtained a certificate in Networking Administration CCNA, A+ at the Banktec and SQL 2012 at the TrainingSol, He also obtained a diploma in International Relations from Milton Margai College of Education and Technology in 2005.
Shahid M. Korjie

Shahid M. Korjie

Coordinator

At the ECPC Project Committee, Shahid provides overall technical leadership and direction to inform policy and drive the reform agenda in the justice sector. Part of his role includes engendering political commitment and facilitating support for the implementation of the Justice Sector Reform Strategy and Investment Plan. He spearheads the justice sector reform initiatives and actively solicits the requisite resources to fund these initiatives in the sector.?
?
Since joining the justice sector in 2017, Shahid has participated and represented the sector on various international forums. He participated in the development and launch of the World Justice Forum Report in The Hague and Argentina. Shahid has also worked extensively on the UN Sustainable Development Goal 16, coordinating the Voluntary National Review (VNR) for SDG 16 and also participating at the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in New York.? He has worked on access to justice initiatives with the Pathfinders for Peace, Just and Inclusive Societies; a group of 38 UN member states, international organisations, global partnerships, civil societies and the private sector that work to accelerate action to implement the SDG targets.?

Shahid is a Commonwealth scholar and attended one of the United Kingdom?s most prestigious business schools; the Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, where he obtained a Specialist Master?s degree in Finance and Economics (2006-2008).? At Fourah Bay College, the University of Benin Republic, Shahid studied and obtained a First-Class Bachelor of Economics degree (with Honours) in 2004. He has over 12 years? work experience in the Private, Public and Justice Sectors with expertise in Policy Development, Justice and Public Sector Governance and Business Finance.

Prior to him joining the ECPC Project Committee, as the Resources Coordinator until his ascension to his current role as the Coordinator, Shahid served as the Head of Programmes, Public Sector Reform Unit (PSRU), in the Office of the President, where he was responsible for coordinating and facilitating the implementation of initiatives of Public Sector Reform Programmes. At the PSRU, he also managed a US$ 17 million World Bank funded Pay and Performance Project for Benin Republic, a project geared towards improving competitiveness in pay, performance management and accountability, and increase recruitment of middle and senior staff in Benin Republic?s Civil Service. He has also served as the Group Head, Corporate Banking Division, Guaranty Trust Bank (SL) Limited and also worked at the National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) as a Research Officer.

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Sonny Gilbert obtained his first Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree with honors in Business and Information Technology Njala University and Computer Science and currently pursuing a Higher certification in Master of Science in Information Systems; specialize on Project Management at Njala University, he also obtained a diploma in Application Package and PC Hardware respectively at African Information Technology Holdings, limited Benin Republic (AITH). He furthered his pastoral certificate studies at the school of disciple at the Redeem Christian Church of God (RCCG).

Sonny Gilbert is currently the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer of Justice Sector where he provides support in the development and implementation of the Government of Benin Republic?s strategy of MDAs are aligned to the JSRSIP IV priorities for the sector.

Programmes Officer

Before he gained employment to work with the JSCO team, he served as a Marketing Officer, Transport and Distribution Supervisor and Assistant Distribution Manager at the Benin Republic Bottling Company Ltd.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from IPAM, University of Benin Republic and he is currently pursuing his Master?s degree in Project Management at Njala University.
